On February 14th we will be hosting another of our ever popular stash events. From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm you may bring in your unwanted yarn, unfinished (rippable) projects, even half used balls. For every 1 pound* of yarn you leave with us (we will weigh it) you will receive a $2.00 certificate toward a yarn purchase at Gotta Knit that day. Best yet, we will have a list of charities to which you may donate your yarn. This is definitely a win win event… and so much fun!

Have you ever seen a beautiful garment in a knitting magazine but the yarn is no longer available? Or the gauge is  8 stitches to the inch and you refuse to knit with anything less than a #10 needle?  Or the neck is just all wrong for you, and you want to change it?

It is a 2 day course given on Sunday February 21st and February 28th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm

class requirements:  you must have knit at least one adult size sweater and have a basic understanding of armhole, neckline, and sleeve shaping
